The year begins on a good note for you in terms of your day job, a creative project you are doing on the side, or just cleaning up around the house and crossing off items on your checklist. This is a good time to sit down and set some goals for the year in terms of personal enrichment. I’m not talking about resolutions, but carving out the time to do things for yourself that will make you a happier, more complete person. What do you want to do? Read a book a week? Take a walk every day? Start painting again? You can do this. Finish up last night’s proseco or make a strong coffee and sit for a few minutes thinking about what you want to do for yourself this year. Be gentle and realistic with yourself but recognize that you can make changes if that’s what you really want. As for me … as soon as I finish my New Year’s morning glass of proseco it looks like a great day to take a walk. God bless you and have a great one –
