A Blind Spot is Nothing to Fear

Today’s message is from the Halloween Oracle. Skull of Darkness/blind spots. You might find yourself repeating the same mistake soon. Maybe you are about to trust the wrong man, who has never treated you well and has left you and humiliated you in the past; you could be ready to give your power away in a work situation when you know that you should stand up for yourself; or you might succumb to a vice, like eating, drinking, or spending too much. It’s okay. Mistakes can be great teachers as long as we are willing to learn from them. Pray for help, move forward, and conduct yourself as wisely as you can. Whatever you do, don’t feel foolish. That’s the devil whispering in your ear. “Oops, you did it again!” It is a blind spot, after all. If you find that you have acted out an old pattern and you feel like you are right back where you started, resolve that this is the LAST TIME. God will help you if you ask for help in breaking this cycle. Listen to his guidance. It might be time to talk to a professional, but relief and a positive, long term change are in sight.
