It Might Be Time to ask for Help

Today’s message is from the Halloween Oracle. Spider. Connection and web weaving. You might have been trying too hard to do everything yourself. This message came home to me as I stood in the driveway last night, waiting for my Lyft driver to return the phone I left in her car 🙂 You could be feeling beaten down, overwhelmed, and just over all of it. It is okay to ask for help. Friends and family are there for you but they might not know what you need unless you ask. You have a reputation for being independent and you make it all look so easy. Think about asking for help now. Lower your guard and let the people close to you know that you are not perfect, at least not all the time 🙂 What do you need? A loan? A ride somewhere? Maybe you are lonely and you would like someone to reach out and treat you to a meal. Whatever it may be, try to open up a little and be receptive to help from the people in your life. If you are in a position to help someone else out, DO IT. You are going to find a way to offer physical, spiritual, or emotional help without making the other person feel small. Remember that none of this is “yours.” Everything you are, and everything you have, has been loaned to you by God. When you look at it that way it gets a lot easier to have more than enough to go around. God bless you all and have a great day.
