Sidestep an Outspoken Woman Today

Today’s message is from the Tarot Grand Luxe by Ciro Marchetti.  Queen of Coins.  You might cross paths with a bombastic, opinionated woman soon.  This lady really believes her heart is in the right place, but she’s actually a bully.  She offers unsolicited advice under the guise of trying to help you. “Why don’t you try to lose twenty pounds?  You have such a pretty face!” I think you probably know the type.  This woman never learned the rules about not discussing religion or politics in mixed company, and she might bring up a controversial issue just for attention.  Take your pick; there are so many hot topics floating around now.  If this occurs in a social setting, pay for your G&T quietly and skedaddle.  If this happens at a work meeting – God forbid – someone else is going to turn her in to HR and spare you the trouble of complaining.  You might be tempted to let her spin her wheels until she finally pauses to catch her breath, and then try to offer her your own point of view in a calm and respectful way.  Don’t bother.  It will go in one ear and out the other.
