Ask God to Help You Ground Yourself Now

Today’s message is from the Ask the Angels Oracle Cards by Melanie Beckler. Archangel Michael. Breathe and Ground. The holidays are coming and the weather is glorious, but I am not going to lie to you. Bad things are still happening. You may hear of the death of a friend of a friend soon; someone in your close knit tribe is sick but trying to brazen it out; everyone has money problems, family problems, weight problems, depression, insomnia, and just plain exhaustion right now. Closer to home, a loved one lashes out at you. You are accused of something you didn’t do. You might even start questioning yourself, your own good judgment, and the reason for staying on your spiritual path. You are too tired and beaten down to pray, anyway. I know it is hard to accept an omnipotent being who could stand by and watch all this. Even the private sorrows in your own family feel like too much to bear. I wish I could explain it to you but I am as confused as everybody else. When I think of that bloody stumble to a lonely hillside and the unspeakable things that happened there two thousand years ago, sometimes I wonder what the point of it all is. God is still in charge, though. I promise. Just keep breathing. Ground yourself with strong coffee, dark chocolate, red socks if that is your thing, and a good bowl of soup. Call on God and the angels to help you when you start to feel like you are going down the drain. The people in your little corner of the world are depending on you to set an example. You only have to hold it together in public; alone in your own space you can break down. The earth will keep turning and things are going to get better. God bless you and have a great day –
