Expert Help is on Its Way

Today’s message is from the gorgeous Faery Forest Oracle by Lucy Cavendish (author) and Maxine Gadd (artist.) King of the Darkwood Elves. Wow. I wouldn’t mess with this guy, would you? The last time I saw a face like this, I was about to be anesthetized … thank God 🙂 The King of the Darkwood Elves represents a doctor, dentist, lawyer, professor, consultant, your boss, or another authority figure in your life. He is long on principles and short on humor. If you try to win him over with a clever pun or self-deprecating joke, your efforts will fall flat. But in a time of need you will never have a better ally.

You will soon seek the help of a professional person. You are going to connect with an expert in a field that is foreign to you and might be a little intimidating. You need help and it is coming. Pray for guidance in choosing the right person for the job. The man for the job is not going to offer the lowest bid or make the biggest promises … but he will speak truthfully, act honorably, and show you the way through your current troubles. In his own way this man is kind, but don’t expect to get the warm and fuzzies from him. If you expect that you will wait forever 🙂 It’s okay. You don’t have to like this person. Just know that there is trustworthy, honest help on the way to you now. Your prayers for a champion have been answered .. and if he doesn’t have much of a personality or a sense of fun, well, this is evidence that God does.
