You Have the Answers to a Problem

Today’s message is from the Angels and Ancestors Oracle Cards by Kyle Gray. Joan of Arc. You are now called upon to be the voice of reason, but the day could be challenging in terms of communication with colleagues or loved ones. You know the right way to proceed with a difficult situation; you have thought it through. The problem is that everyone else might be a little bit hysterical. There is not much you can do to compel the group to see your point of view. All you can do is lay out the facts calmly and rationally, then step back and let them accept your plan. Or not. When the smoke clears and things get back to normal, there will be one person who comes to you and says, “We should have listened to you.” Be gracious and don’t say I TOLD YOU SO. You may not carry your point today, but when everyone figures out that you were right you will have credibility the next time a problem arises.
