Monday, December 2: Look to a Dark Haired Woman for the Answer

Today’s message is from “The Oracle Book: Answers to Life’s Questions” by Georgia Routsis Savas. The Queen of Spades. Look to a dark haired woman for the answer. You will soon cross paths with a mature woman who will act as a teacher, mentor, or advisor for you. This might be a work colleague or someone you meet taking a class. Although this lady is kind, she can be solitary. She is going to do whatever is in her power to help you but she might not let you get too close on a personal level. She keeps her distance. Just know that this doesn’t have anything to do with you. She likes her own company too much to let many people into her life. By watching her example, you will learn how to set healthier boundaries for yourself.

Are you feeling drained, depleted, or resentful lately? If so, it is time to check bad behavior. You can do this with grace and humor. Just sidestep the issue. Have a friend who always calls to complain? Don’t pick up the phone. Do you have a relative you see four times a year who always lets you pick up the check? Maybe it’s time to have trouble locating your credit card when the bill arrives. If someone at work likes to fob off their work on you … maybe CC a few extra people with the finished product to make sure you get credit this time. Setting healthier boundaries for yourself will benefit everyone in your life … and if someone doesn’t like it, you don’t need that person around.
