If you have to go into the office or out into the world for work today, pray for protection. You are extra sensitive to harsh words now, so try to sidestep any conflict. Listening to some dreamy music will be beneficial … anything that makes you feel that your current worries are not really all that important, and turns your thoughts to heavenly things, will work.
