I hope that unlike me, you have not just woken up from a nightmare. Stupid bedtime teas 🙂 If you were having a bad dream, let me be the first one to reassure you that it is not real. You are safe. Most of the terrible things we fear never come to pass. Life might be throwing you a few curve balls now, and the stress is stirring up some deep fears. You are safe. Keep telling yourself that. Give any fears to God … and maybe avoid valerian root and melatonin 🙂
